Friendly staff and modern kit
Even though the actual gym is nice and the staff are lovely when it comes to cancelling your membership, customer service is shocking! In my circumstance I cancelled my membership and I also lost my wallet whilst abroad so lost my bank cards - didnt think that Snap Fitness would have any trouble taking out the last payment due to direct debit but it turns out they take monthly payments as visa purchase so they couldnt take payment from me. So not only was I stressed trying to cancel & replace all my bank cards, snap fitness also decided to charge me 5.00! They go on about no contract etc but dont believe them just the same as any other gym so beware.
Great gym has really good brand new equipment and a large area for free weights aswell as having a variety of running and cycling machines.
