Love this gym. Adrian and Tom, the owners, bring outstanding knowledge and encouragement to every member. Along with great staff the equipment is second to none and there plenty of weight for everyone's lifting ability. There is an in-house supplement centre, again with a fantastic range of products. Being 24hrs it suits pretty much anyone's life style. Day passes are avalible, so would 100% check this facility out. I would definitely highly recommend.
