By far the best gym in town. Focuses in the right things, health and fitness. The instructors have a knack to always help you work that little bit stronger, pushing your limits and getting results! I love the holistic approach, encompassing nutrition and taking lifestyle into account. Definitely recommend!

AWFUL. I was a dedicated member, they then proceeded to cancel my membership without any notice to myself. And the suggested the only way to get my membership back was to pay an extra 11 to what i was initially paying. Awful customer service. Would not recommend! Go to everyone active or active for less much better customer service!
