The Waterloo Cleaners have gone over and beyond for many years now. I am unable to get out and about as easily these days so the owner very kindly comes and collects from me and delivers back at no charge. I am indebted!
We've just had my wife's wedding dress cleaned here and I have to say, it looks brand new again - Its a real shame my wife wants to sell it but I know not to argue!Thanks again.
Exceptional customer service!I took a dress in to The Waterloo Cleaners for cleaning and unfortunately, despite the dress label saying it should be dry cleaned only, some of the beading on it had melted after cleaning. The owner called to tell me and said he would take it upon himself to get a resolution for me as it shouldn't have happened during a normal dry clean process. He wrote a report to the manufacturer, explained how he cleaned the dress and after they had examined it, they agreed the label was incorrect and the dress shouldn't have been dry cleaned.As a result, the manufacturer gave me a full refund which i was very happy with. Thank you to The Waterloo Cleaners, your customer service was fantastic and I will be back for sure.
This Waterloo Cleaners are a well-run and professional establishment. Had some suits cleaned recently and they were returned to me in perfect condition. I also appreciate that the owner and staff worked with such swiftness when I explained I was under a time constraint!
Very professional place. Location is perfect and bonus is there is free parking! The staff are polite and take a great deal of care with my garments. Highly recommend this place.
