Amazing service from Smarty. After using them for years, decided to try the collection/delivery service and i cant recommend it enough! Extremely helpful staff and driver, quality cleaning and reasonable prices.
Absolutely disgusting behaviour and terrible service. If I could give no stars I would. After collecting my suit from them, it became apparent my lapel pin was missing, after I had specifically asked if it was OK to leave it on and was told it was fine.The lady I was dealing with was incredibly apathetic and unhelpful, so I took it upon myself to contact head office through email. After briefly speaking to the owner who appeared helpful, he never got back to me. Weeks went by and again I had to take it upon myself to contact him, this time by calling head office.I made it clear to him that I know my rights as a customer and that legally they need to offer me compensation for their lack of reasonable care. After a quick conversation he asked for my contact details so he could look into the matter and get back to me.This was towards the end of 2016, and I haven't heard from him. It's been months. The fact that they are legally required to compensate me and they are doing everything they can to avoid this speaks volumes about the company. Needless to say when someone asks me for a dry cleaning service in Cirencester I let them know how bad this service is and tell them to go to Johnsons Dry Cleaners or Waterloo Dry Cleaners instead.
I needed a shirt pressed very quickly, and Smarty's were very helpful and accomodating. The service was above and beyond what could be expected. If I were local, I'd be using them regularly. Thanks Smarty!
