Having read some of the reviews on this site I was initially a bit concerned about this garage. However I thought I would give it a go and see what happens. My experience has been brilliant, they kept me updated at every stage, they were friendly and efficient. The repair job was very good - could not tell the car had ever been damaged. The car was returned fully valeted and in as new condition. I would not hesitate to recommend this garage and would use it again. Great job, thank you.
I took my car up here with a minor bump 2 weeks ago and I asked for a quote, left my contact details but had no reply. I was put off by the smarmy person who saw my car anyway, he put fear into me using this company and made me feel this company wanted to rip me off, making horror stories to make the damage appear worse than it was. I didn't want to take my chances with them and went elsewhere and guess what was a simple repair!I will avoid this company in the future as I got a very good service elsewhere. I'd suggest you do same but perhaps they'll do you a quote. They wanted to charge me 25 for the quote, perhaps thats why they didn't bother. I don't know as I haven't heard from them.
The initial repair was good. Im very disappointed.my car when it left us was misfiring when in 3rd gear. I was aware of this. Since takin my son to school on the morning after its return, i cant even pull away im 1st gear. Was told this morning after my complaint of there being absolutely no fuel in my car,on return, that it was running very bad. My car was never yhis bad when it left me almost 3 weeks ago. Im shocked how bad it is i do not feel safe to drive this. Will be calling tomarro to find out what the hell has happened between 3 weeks ago and now will be seeking advice as my car was also serviced a week before they took it and they have also said it was never that bad....

You gave me the opportunity to discuss all the options with you and were flexible which was very helpful. One point I would make is that reading some other online reviews, I think it is possible that some people may not appreciate that some supply issues are genuinely outside of your control. I was concerned following the accident that the car may go to a garage that would not repair it to an as new standard. I need not have worried as very fortunately, as you at Motofix in Cirencester were appointed to undertake the repairs.The car was presented back to me in exceptional condition and you had clearly taken time in preparing it to this high standard. You were proud of your work on the car when I collected it (you did give me the option to deliver it to me as an alternative and I opted to collect it) and took the time to talk me through everything and ensure that I was happy. I certainly am.I will have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending you.Many thanks again. Keep up your great work.
