Try updating your website. Drove from leicester in atrocious weather after paying a deposit to view a car only to find that the car had been sold, but not that morning, it was a few days ago. What a waste of our time and petrol !!!
Absolutely useless. I had a non fault accident and it took Baylis 10 weeks to replace my bumper and get a fault at main dealer rectified. I must have phoned them and the main dealer 30 times only to be told by the main dealer that Baylis never got back to them. I even got sent a bill at one point and my insurance company were brilliant and stepped in to make it clear to baylis that it will be paid by the insurance company. I will never ever take a vehicle to this place again and would not recommended them to anyone. I am amazed they are still in business with the incompetent staff they employ. Be warned!! They event tried to make be pay all the VAT when I collected my vehicle but yet again my insurance company put this right. Shocking!!

Great deal and very professional. Went in with my Mum to buy a small run around. Had Craig Wyatt look after us and we got a great deal, everything was explained clearly, no hard sells, just options to take or leave laid out. My mum is over the moon and still is (this was about 9 months ago now) and the after care has been great too. A little thought and effort goes a long way nowadays so wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
Purchased a new Vauxhall Adam at the end of August 2018.Its so easy to give an excellent review when your brand new car rocks up and all is well.Have to say, this did not happen in my case and there were several not good things that had been overlooked.I think the true test of how good a company is, is how they deal with things youre not happy with.I have to say, despite the fact it did take a few weeks to iron out the problems they were dealt with.The area manager Adrian, was a star and so accommodating and pulled out the stops to ensure I was happy with the outcome as did Emily.Like I said easy to give a 5 star review when all goes to plan, not so easy when it doesnt but in this case 5 stars all the way! A brilliant after sales service which is essential.Thank you.
