As a buyer we obviously do not pay Savills for their service but their help, advice and approachability was outstanding during a complicated buying experience. Nothing seemed too much of an issue, questions were answered quickly and efficiently (however stupid the questions may have been!) and there seemed to be a genuine empathy.
