I was a long standing customer of CP Jefferies, but they specified showers that were just not suitable for my water and electric systems and are now refusing to rectify their mistake. It also takes weeks to get a reply to emails. Still no response so I've escalated the matter and copied in watchdog. It's clear the plumbers and electricians in this company do not talk to each other and management take no responsibility. Stay well clear, its not worth the hassle.
Four visits to sort a tap and still unable to resolve. New management failed to respond to enquiries. Exercise your choice and go elsewhere.
