after one bad experience at this fish and chips and then tonight's meal we will deffinetly will not be returning ever. Asked for a standard chips with my sausage and was given a kids portion. the same goes for my wife's fish and chips. Her fish was like a flat pancake and I would call it a kids sized fish. my sausage was dry and the skin was wrinkled like it had been cooked hours before. so would I recommend this place to Anyone? the answer is a massive no.

Most of the time this chip shop is very good on quality and portion size, however on my last visit I ordered large fish and chips and standard fish and chips. To be honest the large was more like a standard and the standard was more like a small. Very disappointing.I have continued to use this chip shop but on the last two occasions the quality has fallen. The first time I had battered sausage and chips, the chips were good but the sausage was dry and hard. The last time I had chicken & mushroom pie and chips and both were very dry and not very hot. Time to find another chip shop.
