Room was tired. Floor was covered in hair and most areas were dusty. Bathroom was cleaner but also tired. Good location just off main road and easy to get to town or around the area.
We stayed for 3 nights. The room was very large and perfectly comfortable though it was all a bit tired. The bathroom was definitely ready for a bit if updating! Staff were pleasant and provided any extras when we needed them. The location was ideal for exploring the Cotswolds villages we wanted to see. Very close to beautiful Cirencester and Thameshead, the river's source.
A nice clean and spacious room. Friendly staff. Nice wooded area for walking the dog.
Both evening and morning receptionists were excellent, very welcoming and helpful. The room it's self looked out over the rear of the building very quiet for a Motel. The bed was too firm though for me/us. Location is great, only a 30 minute walk into Cirencester , and a wide well lit foot path.Next door is a well stocked Co_op with petrol station and a Burger King.
Staff lovely our room was so hot can't really open windows. Pillows way to thick for us. Think we will try premier inn next as they guarantee good nights sleep.
