Manns changed my watch battery 1 month ago. Watch stopped so I went back. He told me the battery was dead and anyway it had a black dot on it which he said was a jewellers mark and something that he did not do. So it wasn't one of his.Made me feel like I was trying to con him.I Went home and found receipt for battery. Took it back and asked for my money back. He offered to then replace battery but I refused. I have no faith in a jeweller who tells me lies..
