Do not trust this company. If you have paid for insurance just forget it you will never get any claim on it also if you send a device you will never get it back so avoid just accept you have been scammed and report.
Avoid! So you pay up for a few years and when you unfortunately have to claim, not only do they make you jump through a billion hurdles but then refuse to pay up for the first month despite your policy stating back to day one and no waiting period . As such complaining and will lodge a case with the Financial Ombudsman. If nothing else Id like all the money I paid into this fraudulent company( that chooses to ruin its customers Christmas) back. In short its a nasty scam and they do not honour their policies. Update: They now claim the underwriter went bankrupt and they cannot pay! Despite me contacting them about this months ago and being told a new company has taken over. Lies, fraudulent activity and dishonest unprofessional behavior. Reported to Ombudsman now. Disgusting.
DO NOT RECOMMEND! So after providing all the documents as asked, I received an illiterate email to inform me that my claim wouldnt be taken through, with no reason whatsoever! Complete waste of time!
SCAM This is an insurance scam after providing all the paperwork they asked for then asked for documents from your phone provider that your phone provider cannot supply, those are Mission Impossible and a scam. I am going to send an email thread to the insurance ombudsman stay away from them.
Stay away from this company they pretend to set up an insurance policy and then ask for documentation they know no customer can provide. I am reporting to the financial services. They are basically thieves
