Amazing!!
Quite easily one of the most awkward experiences of my life. Customer service when handling unhappy customers is in desperate need of improving. Never before have I witnessed a manager disputing with someone on the shop floor- rather than in a private place- which was very uncomfortable. Particularly enjoyed the analogy of the salon not following through on any promises and trying to keep you in the hairdresser's for nearly five hours as akin to not paying/wanting a discounted price for a meal. Brilliant. Very sad as I've been going there for nearly a decade and am usually very happy with everything.
Fantastic salon. Always cut my daughters hair beautifully and plait it for her afterwards. Nothing too much trouble. Very reasonably priced and lovely staff.
