Had a great experience here about a week ago. I was trying to reset my iMac to the factory settings a deleted the HD from view - I killed my iMac...I took it in and the guy seemed instantly to know what I had done. He connected it up to a keyboard, powered it up, clicked a few buttons and theHD was showing again.I went home powered up and went through the factory reset and everything worked. And, they did this for no cost and wouldn't even accept a coffee from over the road.Great service above and beyond. Thank you
Terrible communication, terrible customer service. Did not do what they had said they had done and cannot turn around repairs in anything like a reasonable time for anyone using their laptops for work. So disappointed as such waste of my time.
No help whatsoever. Looking to replace iPhone battery, they are listed on Apple Support site for this but showed no appointments available. Tried calling store 8 times, always voicemail telling you they can't answer as they are SO BUSY with customers in store. Emailed asking if I could make an appointment. Was told I could, but wasn't always necessary, if I allowed 2-3 hours for work to be done. Replied asking for appointment to save wasted journey and was told to go to Apple Support site to book it. Pointed out they didn't have appointments on there, hence previous emails. Got no reply.Was in Cirencester anyway, so called while standing outside store, so could see 3 members of staff and 1 customer, still didn't answer. Went in and asked to make an appointment, told they had issues with doing repairs and would need my phone for 2-3 days!So none of the information was accurate and they should just tell people (and Apple) they don't do battery replacements.
We found the staff at the branch in Cirencester, together with their specialist technician to be very helpful and extremely knowledgeable. They were able to get our iPhone back up and running in no time. Would highly recommend
A really helpful shop with friendly staff offering life saver advice (and, obviously, great products). Atmosphere is always calm and welcoming. I was very glad when it opened up in Cirencester about five or six years ago and have been popping in regularly ever since.
