Audiologist, Cheryl, absolutely terrible. Cancelled appointments, never calls back, doesn't follow up - don't waste your valuable time, go elsewhere.
Absolutely great customer experience, they are helping you all the way, they don't rush you at all not like the Swindon store, I much prefer this location and it's worth the drive from Swindon for sure

Arrived, assistant took me to their station and noted down my details, place was noisy and we both couldn't hear each other. That done I was then called to some sort of a chubby hole where people are always passing by so not very private especially I had to take off my contact lens before they can proceed with initial test, when done I then had to put my contact lens back in in full view of passer by again! So now to the actual test, this was in a private room upstairs, then the issue all started, basically as I was seeking contact lens replacent in conjunction with my eye test (which not an issue 5 years ago, as I wanted a new lens replacement) so I was told it was only an eye test, and I needed to make a separate appointment (times 4!!!) for what I need, I was also reiterated that this procedure was always a case in his 25years as an ophthalmic specialist and I told him NO I have worn contactt lens for 35 years and never had to do separate appointment let alone they needed 4 separate visit! I was stunned by his reply, in which case I simply told him - ok in that case I don't think we should proceed, so I popped my lens back in and left the store. Never again will I step foot in Specsavers Stores and I will now go back to my original optician who can do it in one visit! So arrogant and rude I was not going to give them my business the way they spoke to me!
