Very rude receptionist, would not recommend
The service is very poor. I had to do a filling on my tooth but after coming home I noticed that every time I ate food would get stuck in between my teeth. So I had to make another appointment, apparently the dentist claimed that the filling had come off so I was numbed the second time and it had to be redone. Came back home and the same problem, food stuck every time I ate! Called for the THIRD time, this time I insisted on seeing a different dentist considering my previous experiences. This dentist said that they had to take out the filling and redo because it wasn't done properly BUT that he was running late so it couldn't be done immediately. Now on my 4th appointment and I have to wait for another 3 weeks with this inconvenience!!! Never met such an inept dental team in my life, such a waste of my time too.
Friendly and efficient reception staff and was happy with the service.
My dentist demonstrated an interest me as a patient, not as just another mouth to tick off on a list (as had been the case at my former dentist). This, alongside together with a welcoming reception and pleasant atmosphere makes this the best dentist I have ever attended. Well done everyone.
Genix is a very friendly and professional dentist practice, they have been very good with my daughter who gets very nervous coming and she is now a lot better... very highly recommended
