Five-star customer support. I bought a pair of jeans with a manufacturing fault so it was not ThirtySix's problem. But instead of leaving me to deal with the jeans company on my own, ThirtySix took over the issue, sorted it all out on my behalf and sent me a replacement. I think that is amazing customer service so would thoroughly recommend them to potential customers!
