Very nice shop but sadly let down by the staff. Regardless of who is serving it is always the same. Today was typical, wanted some leaf tea and was served by a blonde woman. No hello, no eye contact, nothing. My wife and I joked later that anyone approaching being friendly would never get a job there.
Upon walking in I am greeted with a Aladdins cave of tea and coffee treasure all beautifully displayed in old world canisters and u would happily buy all my teas and coffee here IF it wasn't for the mature lady staff member who served me. She was snooty, rude and arrogant. Barely spoke to myself and obviously didn't think I was good enough to shop there. I was hoping on having a splurge on refilling my tea cupboard but ended up spending a mere 20. Will not return due to this ladies idea of customer service.

Best coffee shop in Cirencester the coffee is always so nice. And we love to sit out the back. And the blackbird and Robin come for your crumbs.
Went today for breakfast, what a shocking experience.The food was awful, it was cold and when I complained they simply reheated my half eaten food and handed it back to me. When I further complained to the waitress, I asked for a refund and she was fine with that. She told the 'chef' who loudly said 'they ain't having a refund' this was said in front of a lot of customers.The 'chef' then came out and was very rude, she told us that is was hot when she sent it out. She also said that it was frozen food and that's how it's served. I was shocked to hear that, Food charged at high prices was just microwaved frozen food. Eventually she refunded but with no apology or anything. Disgusting service, personally I found her the rudest person I've come across. They will never get my custom again.
